From the very first phone call, the President/CEO, Joseph Santangelo, set the tone — excellent customer service, very kind, and genuinely willing to listen. He answered all of our questions and addressed every concern with patience and professionalism. What really amazed me was how Joseph went above and beyond to help us through some difficult challenges. He was helping us bring water and sewer lines into a lot that wasn't developed yet. Even when he realized we couldn't solve the problem and knew he wouldn't get the job or earn money for his company, he kept helping us anyway. No strings attached. Sunshine plumbing came out recently to fix a main line leak at my elderly mothers house.,, within a few days of the initial call, Hector came out to write up an estimate which I felt was a decent price. He was very professional and friendly when he came out to assess the leak as well. A few days later the office lady called ( I believe her name was Miriam) to see if a crew could come out by the end of the week to take care of the leak; of course that was fine with me. I also just wanted to add that in my dealings with Ms. Myriam she was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. Well they did come out as promised and took care of the leak which I am very thankful for and I wouldn’t hesitate to call sunshine or recommend them to anyone else should I need plumbing services again in the future.

We are a small private HOA community and have a difficult time finding contractors who can do work for us. We got a quote from one of the “big name” plumbers to repair a leak on the water line in the street. It took them several weeks and follow up to get the leak location and then the estimate. I reached out to Sunshine and was so impressed. They answered the phone every time (no bot call center). They scheduled someone next day to come out and look. They got me an estimate very quickly afterwards. The pricing was half what the other company quoted us for the exact same service. They booked us quickly for service and were flexible with our payment allowing us time to collect a special assessment. The day that the work was done they communicated clearly during the process and water shutoff and turning it back on. They showed up on time and got the work done efficiently and on schedule. I spoke to Lupe multiple times throughout the process and she was so helpful and friendly. Overall, I was so happy with Sunshine Plumbing, will use them again, and 100% recommend.

Sunshine plumbing is a trusted company. Joseph keeps his word and I love to share my experience with them. In July , 2025 Sunshine plumbing lined my main pipe from the house to the street with a new technology. I didn’t want my yard torn up so was willing to try this new approach. Unfortunately this March I discovered roots had invaded the pipe and had been causing drainage problems in my shower and bathtub. I contacted Joseph and he was on top of making this right. His crew replaced the old pipe with a new polyethylene pipe and made sure my yard was left like they found it. They worked from 7:30 am till around 9:30pm to complete the job.
